• Real-time PIE (Profit Impact Estimator) analytics
• Marketplace matching and vehicle comparisons
• AI-driven pricing recommendations
• Inventory analysis and market insights

All data and analytics are powered by Signal.vin's comprehensive automotive data platform.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Signal Scout solely for legitimate automotive wholesale business purposes in connection with your dealership operations.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform access or data
• Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Access data or features you are not authorized to access

5. Data and Intellectual Property

5.1 Signal Data

All data provided through the Platform is owned by Signal.vin and licensed to you under your Signal.vin subscription agreement. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the data.

5.2 Platform Ownership

Signal Scout and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated recommendations and insights are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all information before making business decisions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All data will be accurate, complete, or current
• AI recommendations will guarantee specific business outcomes
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
